Habaş being the first producer of industrial and medical gases, gas equipments and technologies has been the traditional leader of the sector since implementing the production of liquid air gases in a modern way for the first time in Turkey at 1967.
The achieved 2800 TPD liquified air gases production capacity at the end of year 2007 is enough to cover the demands by 2020.
As recognized by the customers as an innovative, cost effective and high quality supplier, Habaş Group is determined to carry and strenghten his leader position beyond 2020 and is focused on increasing production capacity and diversifying product portfolio.
In addition to existing liquid carbon dioxide, liquid helium, hydrogen, nitrous oxide, acetylene production and filling plants, a new ethylene oxide filling station and our country’ s largest hydrogen production plant have began to operate in 2007.
Habaş not only ensures the high purity with employing state-of-the-art technologies but also minimizes human errors with advanced quality control systems.
Habaş’ s powerful fleet distributes the gaseous and liquified products countrywide to many customers and distributers. Habaş is able to reach every customer countrywide regardless the distance, direct or indirect through his distrubutors which are more than hundred. Parallel to improving demands of the market, Habaş is enlarging his distribution capacity and distribution channel.
In cycles of production, quality control and distribution, to ensure the best quality, Habas has been the first to achive the EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System.
Habaş is a member of EIGA ( European Industrial Gases Association) and feels the pride of receiving the Safety Award of EIGA at 1999 .
Habaş was the mother sponsor of 45th European Quality Congress performed in Istanbul at 2001. Contribution to the 
success of the congress had been a second pride for Habas.
